This involves understanding and defining project information requirements and upholding standards.Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’:
- Provide input for project bids by assessing client requirements and promoting our business capabilities in relation to information management
- Lead the project information management function process for assigned projects to ensure alignment with project scope, standards and information management requirements including ISO 19650.
- Develop and implement processes and manage training, access and security permissions for project data at all stages of delivery
- Contribute to project Digital Work Plans to document the digital engineering requirements, processes and tools by coordinating with digital production, automation, GIS, document control and CAD leads
- Work alongside technical and delivery teams to identify and mitigate digital delivery risks, supporting efficient workflows and helping the project meet its milestones.
- Work with the document control team to develop streamlined approaches to the control and exchange of information and deliverables
- Work with the Regional Information Manager to drive new initiatives and continuous improvement and coach the broader teams, including contributing to the development of automation tools to ensure efficiency and consistence
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in information management, digital project delivery, project information systems, data governance, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience as a Project Information Manager across multiple projects and industries such as, Resources, Infrastructure and Built Environment, ideally within an engineering-based delivery organisation
- Demonstrated expertise in setting up and maintaining digital delivery systems and workflows - BIM experience is relevant, though broader systems and information management capability is what this role requires.
- Solid experience with digital delivery platforms such as ProjectWise, Autodesk Forma (ACC). SharePoint, In-Eight and Aconex, with the ability to configure and manage these at project level
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the confidence to engage across all project levels
- Experience in applying relevant industry codes, standards and relevant quality systems including a sound understanding of document and quality control processes, including an understanding of the ISO 19650 principles across the entire asset lifecycle

Skills Required
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience in information management, digital project delivery, or related disciplines.
- Experience developing, implementing, and managing information management processes, systems, and workflows.
- Strong experience in information governance, data management, compliance, and information quality management.
- Proven experience supporting ISO accreditation requirements and maintaining information management compliance.
- Advanced knowledge of digital information management platforms, including SharePoint and BIM 360.
- Experience establishing structured information workflows and governance across multiple stakeholders and project teams.
- Strong understanding of information lifecycle management, metadata, data quality, and information security principles.
- Ability to analyse information management requirements and implement scalable digital solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills with ability to influence multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with ownership, accountability, and manage competing priorities.
