Key Responsibilities
The Information Management (IM) Head is responsible for assisting the IM Manager in leading the delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of information management services supporting business operations.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Lead, manage, and develop the DMG team to ensure effective delivery of information management and IT services.
- Set team objectives, priorities, and performance expectations aligned with business goals.
- Monitor workload distribution, resource allocation, and service delivery performance.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and support talent development initiatives.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders and IT service providers to address operational and strategic requirements.
- Develop and implement information management strategies, standards, and processes.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, security, and accessibility across the organization.
- Maintain compliance with corporate, regulatory, and information governance requirements.

- Lead the delivery and support of IM services to business users.
- Ensure service levels meet agreed business requirements and performance targets.
- Act as the escalation point for critical IM issues.

- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
- Significant experience in information management, operations, infrastructure support.
