Key Responsibilities

The Information Management (IM) Head is responsible for assisting the IM Manager in leading the delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of information management services supporting business operations.

This includes but is not limited to:

Lead, manage, and develop the DMG team to ensure effective delivery of information management and IT services.
Set team objectives, priorities, and performance expectations aligned with business goals.
Monitor workload distribution, resource allocation, and service delivery performance.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for team members.
Conduct performance reviews and support talent development initiatives.

Develop and implement information management strategies, standards, and processes.
Ensure data integrity, quality, security, and accessibility across the organization.
