Information Management Analyst

We currently have a vacancy for an Information Management Analyst fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks

• Provide expert advice on defining policies and strategies for content, records, archives and information management, including capture, selection, retention and digital preservation;
• Identify requirements for content, records, archives and information management systems and draw up functional and/or technical specifications;
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of metadata standards for content and records management, including archival description;
• Coordination with the project teams.

• Master degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 7 years;
• Experience in drafting, editing and reviewing web contents and user documentation related to information systems;
• Excellent knowledge of wiki and collaborative sites;
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence;
• Knowledge of SQL and automation tools;
• Familiarity with eProcurement and financial systems used in public administrations;
• Excellent command of the English and French language.
