Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Informatica IDMC & MDM Developer/Consultant to join our data management team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) to design, develop, and implement enterprise data integration and master data solutions.
This role involves building scalable data pipelines, implementing data governance practices, and ensuring high-quality, trusted master data across enterprise systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Integration & Development
Design and develop data integration workflows using Informatica IDMC.
Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and loading.
Integrate data from multiple sources including databases, APIs, and enterprise applications.
Optimize data pipelines to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
Implement and manage Informatica MDM solutions for key business domains such as customer, product, or supplier data.
Configure match and merge rules, hierarchies, and survivorship rules.
Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and governance across systems.
Support master data lifecycle management and stewardship processes.
Implement data quality rules using Informatica Data Quality tools within IDMC.
Identify data inconsistencies and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
Support enterprise data governance and metadata management initiatives.
Collaborate with data engineers, BI teams, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
Integrate MDM with downstream systems such as data warehouses, analytics platforms, and applications.
Monitor data workflows and troubleshoot data integration or MDM issues.
Maintain technical documentation for data pipelines, workflows, and MDM configurations.
Follow data management best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Support deployment activities and environment management.
Required Skills & Experience
5–8 years of experience in data integration and master data management.
Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
Experience implementing Informatica MDM solutions in enterprise environments.
Experience with ETL/ELT development, data transformation, and data integration frameworks.
Good understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data quality management.
Experience working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Informatica EDC, or Axon.
Experience integrating data with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of API integrations and data services.
Experience working in large enterprise data environments.
