Infor SyteLine / WMS Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Infor SyteLine Consultant with expertise in Warehouse Management (WMS), Shipping, Allocation Engines, and CPQ (Configure Price Quote). The ideal candidate will support business operations, troubleshoot production issues, implement enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize order fulfillment and manufacturing processes within the Infor SyteLine ERP ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Provide functional and technical support for Infor SyteLine ERP. Support and maintain Warehouse Management (WMS) processes including: Inventory management Receiving Put-away Picking Packing Cycle counting Support Shipping and Logistics processes including: Shipment creation Carrier integrations Label generation Freight management ASN generation Configure and troubleshoot Allocation Engine processes to ensure accurate inventory allocation and order fulfillment. Support and enhance CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes including product configuration, pricing rules, and quote generation. Investigate and resolve production issues across ERP, WMS, Shipping, and CPQ modules. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions. Coordinate with integration teams supporting ERP interfaces with third-party logistics providers, shipping platforms, and eCommerce applications. Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues. Develop functional specifications and assist technical teams during development. Participate in testing activities including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployments. Create and maintain solution documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles. Provide end-user training and production support. Required Skills 5+ years of experience with Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial - CSI). Strong understanding of: Warehouse Management (WMS) Shipping & Logistics Inventory Management Order Management Allocation Engine Manufacturing processes Experience supporting CPQ solutions (Infor CPQ preferred). Knowledge of order-to-cash and warehouse operations. Experience troubleshooting ERP production issues. Understanding of integrations using APIs, REST services, XML/JSON, or middleware. Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting. Experience working with business users in manufacturing or distribution environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Infor CPQ implementation or support. Knowledge of Infor ION and Infor OS. Experience integrating SyteLine with WMS, TMS, eCommerce platforms, or shipping carriers. Familiarity with barcode scanning and warehouse automation. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred. Nice to Have Experience with SPS Commerce or EDI integrations. Knowledge of shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL integrations. Understanding of warehouse automation solutions and handheld scanning devices. Exposure to reporting tools such as SSRS, Power BI, or Infor Birst. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Infor SyteLine across warehouse operations, shipping, inventory allocation, and CPQ, with the ability to troubleshoot complex business scenarios, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvements in manufacturing and fulfillment processes.
