Infor Finance Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Infor Finance Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Infor ERP Finance, business process analysis, configuration, implementation, and production support.

• Gather and analyze business requirements from finance and business stakeholders.
  
• Configure and support Infor Finance modules based on business requirements.
  
• Participate in end-to-end implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and support projects.
  
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
  
• Configure finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
  
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, test scenarios, and documentation.
  
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in coordination with technical teams.
  
• Coordinate with development and integration teams for interfaces, reports, customizations, and data migration.
  
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities.
  
• Conduct user training, demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
  
• Provide post-go-live support and ensure timely resolution of production issues.
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend effective solutions.
  
• Manage client and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  

• 3–10 years of experience in Infor Finance Functional Consulting.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Infor Finance / Infor ERP implementation and/or support.
  
• Good understanding of financial and accounting business processes.
  
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
  
• Experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, configuration, and testing.
  
• Experience preparing functional specifications and business process documentation.
  
• Knowledge of finance integrations with other ERP modules and third-party applications.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively with business users, clients, and technical teams.
  
• Experience in global or multi-country implementations is an added advantage.
  
• Infor certification is a plus.
  

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience in end-to-end Infor Finance implementation projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
  
• Experience with ERP integrations, reporting, and data migration.
  
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
