What you will do:
Source and discover new influencer talent, creators, and celebrities across multiple social platforms to build a robust pipeline for the DACH region.
Negotiate and deliver end-to-end campaign activations, ensuring all partnerships are commercially viable and aligned with performance KPIs.
Use data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance, optimizing outreach strategies to consistently exceed monthly sales and growth targets.
The ideal candidate:
Native or business-level fluency in German with exceptional communication and negotiation skills to manage international talent relationships.
Proven background in sales or influencer marketing with a resilient, results-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting commercial targets.
Highly organized self-starter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and possesses a genuine passion for environmental sustainability and trends.
