We are looking for a creative Influencer & Performance Marketing Specialist with excellent communication skills to drive our brand visibility and engagement through strong influencer partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns
- Identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with relevant influencers
- Coordinate the end-to-end influencer campaign process: briefing, content review, publishing, and performance tracking
- Analyze influencer performance and generate regular reports
- Support performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads (basic level)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to broader campaign concepts and brand communications
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, digital content strategies, and the influencer landscape
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Data-driven mindset with attention to campaign performance and KPIs
- Fluency in English is a must
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other paid media platforms is a plus
- A proactive team player who enjoys contributing creative ideas
