We're looking for an Influencer & Partnerships Manager who can spot the right creators, build authentic partnerships, and help our products reach new audiences through communities that genuinely care about what we create. :rocket:

• Source and evaluate TikTok micro and nano influencers whose audiences align with our product.

• Craft outreach messages that feel personal and on-brand, not templated.

• Negotiate and close partnership agreements, handling contracts and briefing documents.

• Onboard new TikTok partners and support them through their first campaigns.

• Manage and nurture our existing partners network, keeping communication consistent, tracking performance, and resolving issues quickly.

• Track key metrics across all partnerships and report on what is working and what is not.

• Stay on top of TikTok trends and bring fresh ideas for how we can show up authentically.
  

Your part in the bigger picture:

• A strong understanding of TikTok culture, content formats, and what makes creators resonate with younger audiences.

• Excellent written communication skills in English, including the ability to adjust tone for different types of conversations.

• Natural at building rapport quickly, both online and over a call.

• Organized enough to manage multiple partnerships at the same time without things slipping through the cracks.

• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your pipeline.

Nice to have:

• Prior experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, or creator partnerships.

• Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools or CRM platforms.

• Experience creating or posting content on TikTok yourself.
