Role: Influencer Partnership Manager
On behalf of our client, a fast-growing iGaming company, we are seeking a dynamic Influencer Partnership Manager with experience in iGaming or at an MCN agency who has U.S. Creator resources. The role is remote and can be worked from home from anywhere in the USA.
The role is responsible for developing and negotiating partnerships with overseas influencers in the U.S. market, MCN agencies, and talent agencies, establishing a stable Creator partnership system, and providing sustained traffic resources for the company's overseas brand promotion and user growth.
This role requires not only excellent business communication skills but also strong capabilities in phone sales, business negotiation, resource development, and cross-cultural communication. It is a key member of the company's overseas growth team.
Responsibilities:
I. Overseas Influencer Resource Development (Core Weight: 40%)
• Responsible for developing influencer resources on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Kick, Twitter, and others in the U.S. and other overseas markets.
• Proactively search for and identify suitable: Influencers ,MCN agencies and Talent agencies.
• Build a long-term partnership resource database.
• Meet daily resource development targets and continuously update the partnership list.
II. Business Development via Communication channels (Core Weight: 30%)
• Proactively reach out via phone, WhatsApp, email, Instagram DM, and LinkedIn to introduce the company brand, explain partnership models, handle business negotiation, discuss pricing and quotations, move partnerships forward, confirm contracts, and manage payment discussions
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in business development (BD), or overseas business development or Influencer Resource Development or influencer marketing.
• Experience communicating with overseas influencers is preferred.
• Possesses excellent business communication skills.
• Fluent in English. Spanish or Chinese language skills will be considered as an advantage.
• Candidates with the following experience have an advantage: previous experience at an MCN agency, managing overseas Creator partnerships, having Instagram/YouTube resources and U.S. Creator resources, familiarity with the U.S. influencer ecosystem and overseas affiliate business, as well as experience in iGaming (online casino) and overseas phone sales (cold calling)

Skills Required
