What you'll handle
- Build + grow influencer outreach lists
- Manage DMs, follow-ups, and creator convos with full energy
- Run and expand our creator community program
- Plan + execute meet-and-greets that actually feel lit (attendance, vibes, logistics, hype)
- Create buzz around every event through content angles, pre-buzz, and post-event amplification
- Coordinate collabs, content ideas, campaign moments
- Track responses, maintain databases, keep pipelines alive
- Spot rising creators, trends, formats, and viral cues
What we're looking for
- Young, energetic, and insanely plugged into the influencer space
- Knows how creators work — content cycles, negotiation vibes, communication style
- Experience in influencer outreach + campaign coordination
- Strong people skills; knows how to make creators feel excited and valued
- Can ideate hype angles and pull off “this could go viral” moments
- Organised, proactive, and quick on communication
- Loves experimenting with wild ideas and turning them into real outcomes
