We are looking for a motivated and culturally savvy Influencer Marketing specialist ( full time) to support our Xiaohongshu (RED) influencer marketing efforts for the Canada market. This role will focus primarily on building and managing influencer collaborations to grow brand awareness among Chinese-speaking audiences in Canada.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about social media trends, creator partnerships, and Asian consumer products.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential Xiaohongshu (RED) influencers (KOLs/KOCs) in the Canada market
  • Reach out to influencers and manage creator communication and collaboration
  • Coordinate campaign logistics including content briefing, posting timelines, and deliverables
  • Track campaign performance and compile basic reports and insights
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and Xiaohongshu platform updates
  • Monitor influencer content and ensure alignment with campaign guidelines
  • Support influencer marketing campaigns for the U.S. market when needed
  • Manage community engagement by responding to user comments and messages on Yami’s Xiaohongshu official account.
  • Assist with general social media marketing tasks related to creator collaborations
  • Assist and participate in offline event planning and execution, and other marketing assignments 
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Graduate or undergraduate with Marketing or related major(s)
  • Fluent in Chinese and English (both written and spoken)
  • 1 year experience and above in social media, influencer marketing, and digital trend
  • Familiar with Xiaohongshu (RED) and its creator ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Able to adapt quickly and handle changing priorities
  • Knowledge or interest in Asian culture, lifestyle products, and consumer trends
  • Experience with influencer outreach or social media marketing is a plus
