Influencers and Marketing Relations Manager - Sao Paulo, Manila or Malta 

We’re looking for a dynamic Influencers and Marketing Relations Manager to lead our global influencer efforts. You’ll be the driving force behind sourcing, negotiating, and managing partnerships with influencers, ambassadors, and agencies to boost SiGMA’s brand across the gaming industry.

This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows the ins and outs of influencer marketing, and loves building connections that spark real impact.

What You’ll Do

Influencer Strategy Development

  • Main goal: Barter media exposure with influencers relevant to the gaming industry.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales.
  • Identify, approach, and negotiate with influencers, brand ambassadors, content creators, and talent agencies globally to represent the brand and industry.
  • Define campaign goals, KPIs, and deliverables for influencer partnerships.

Relationship Building and Management

  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment of goals with influencers, managing expectations and fostering collaboration.
  • Provide guidance and support to influencers to ensure brand consistency across all content.
  • Organize influencer logistics, including schedules, flights, accommodations, and participation in event activities (e.g., meet and greets).

Campaign Management and Execution

  • Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns from ideation to post-launch analysis.
  • Manage influencer contracts, terms, and compensation agreements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of influencer content, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Content Collaboration

  • Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to brainstorm, create, and refine content that aligns with the brand’s messaging.
  • Ensure all content resonates with the target audience and adheres to brand guidelines.

Market Research and Trend Monitoring

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media, live streaming, and influencer marketing.
  • Analyze competitor campaigns to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on results to optimize future marketing strategies.
