About The Role:
The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing engagement, content creation and integration with publishers, production houses, leading content houses and drive social media strategy for Dyson India across all categories. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of influencer trends, audience engagement, and campaign management, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers across various platforms ( Instagram, YT)
Key Deliverables:
Influencer Outreach
- Design and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and objectives and create authentic yet aspirational content in line with category need.
- Influencer Relationship Management: Identify, onboard, and maintain long-term relationships with high-caliber influencers, including celebrities, macro-influencers, and niche tastemakers relevant to our target audience.
- Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, including engagement rates, reach, and conversions.
- Trend Monitoring: Closely understand trends emanating for content, platforms to tweak strategy accordingly
Content Strategy
- Lead content strategy for Dyson across platforms and maintain brand tone and voice.
- Identify, conceptualize and create engaging yet entertaining content with publication houses across different genres ( Vogue, GQ , Tweak etc ) , OTT content creators , Movie production Houses and seamlessly integrate Dyson in the narrative while being true to Brand identity
- Build content with regional content creators as Dyson expands to new cities.
Social Media
- Own and Manage Dyson India’s social media handle for all categories.
- Liaise with category team and global social media team to create monthly calendar for social media
- Build analytics on kind of content resonating with consumers and feedback this to content creation team
About You:
- 5-7 years of experience in handling influencer, social and content for beauty/premium brand.
- Proven track record in influencer marketing campaign strategies.
- In depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
