Do you know how to find creators who truly fit the vibe? We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who knows the social media landscape inside out and can connect with influencers to build partnerships that bring engaging content to life.
As part of our Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for strategizing and executing initiatives that align with our brand’s objectives, increasing our reach, and enhancing our content through collaborations.
If you’re someone who loves leading projects, managing partnerships, and creating impactful campaigns, this could be your ideal role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀
- Lead campaigns successfully from beginning to end.
- Identify, outreach, and build relationships with potential creator partners on IG, TikTok, YouTube, who align with our brand values and objectives.
- Develop targets and leverage tools to build a pipeline of new influencers and cultivate the current community of influencers.
- Negotiate terms and manage agreements.
- Take the lead in working with other departments (Content, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Analytics) to ensure influencers are fully supported and their impact is tracked.
- Lead the ideation and development of creative content briefs.
- Prepare reports, analyze performance relative to the campaign objectives, and provide actionable recommendations based on performance data.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING 💥
- 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or a similar role within a digital/media or SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated track record of successful collaborations with influencers on IG & TikTok (required). YouTube is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital media, social media platforms, and content trends.
- High organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven approach with a knack for analyzing metrics and optimizing strategies accordingly.
- Experience with project management tools like Monday, Asana, or similar..
- Startup experience is a plus.
