What You'll Do
- You will take full responsibility of the influencer marketing in Emma's Hong Kong market, including all channels of Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, Podcasts.
- You will launch the projects with local agency to scale up social media activities and test new channels.
- You will closely track, analyze, and optimize performance of your channels. You will also be involved in the execution and ideation of each marketing campaign.
- You will generate insights by developing deep understanding of our marketing channels, customers, key markets, and players.
- You will take ownership of strategic partnerships with external stakeholders including local showrooms, affiliate agencies, etc.
- You will continuously optimize our business and develop new initiatives to help fuel growth of the Taiwan market.
Who We're Looking For
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any course, but preferably business.
- You have 1-5 years of relevant work experience.
- You are fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, both spoken and written.
- You love business, and your passion for it drives strong motivation within you to find solutions for difficulties. You have a strong sense of responsibility towards your work.
- You embrace change. Change stimulates you to improve and adapt to the fast-changing business environment.
- You show initiative, are reliable, aspire for progress, structured, detail-minded, and have strong analytical skills.
- You are open, and highly motivated to familiarize yourself with a complex subject area and are willing to contribute your multitasking talent.
