What you'll do:
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
- Identify, assess, and negotiate with influencers across various platforms.
- Manage contracts, budgets, and collaborate with external agencies and internal teams for approvals.
- Work closely with creative and legal teams to align on messaging and strategy.
- Monitor campaign performance, gather insights, and contribute to the evolution of the influencer program.
Who we're looking for:
- You have completed a relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business, communication, marketing, or a similar field.
- You bring at least two years of proven experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on the German market.
- You have a deep understanding of German social media platforms and audience behaviors.
- You’re driven, with a strong passion for making an impact and pushing projects forward.
- You are data-driven with excellent analytical skills.
- You work independently, with a structured and self-reliant approach.
- You’re proactive, enjoy taking initiative, and can manage projects on your own.
- You’re communicative, confident, and comfortable engaging with others.
- You are committed to continuous personal and professional growth.
- You are fluent in both English and German.
