About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Influencer Marketing Manager to own and scale our influencer marketing function. This role will be responsible for leading a team of influencer marketing executives, driving creator partnerships at scale, and delivering key business and performance metrics across influencer-led campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Strategy & Execution
  • Own the end-to-end influencer marketing strategy across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and emerging creator channels.

  • Drive monthly influencer campaigns to achieve business objectives including awareness, engagement, and performance marketing outcomes.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and creator agencies.

  • Identify, onboard, negotiate, and manage creators across nano, micro, macro, and celebrity categories.

Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of influencer marketing executives.

  • Establish processes, workflows, and performance benchmarks for the influencer team.

  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns and achievement of monthly influencer deliverables.

Performance & Analytics
  • Own key influencer marketing metrics including:

    • Number of Videos Published

    • Cost per View (CPV)

    • Cost per Comment (CPC)

    • Ad CTR (Click-Through Rate)

    • Ad Hook Rate

    • Engagement Metrics

    • Creator Performance Tracking

  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize creator selection, content quality, and media efficiency.

  • Work closely with Growth and Performance Marketing teams to identify high-performing influencer content for paid ads.

Content & Creative Excellence
  • Guide creators on content briefs, messaging, and brand positioning.

  • Ensure content quality aligns with brand guidelines while maintaining creator authenticity.

  • Collaborate with Creative, Brand, and Performance Marketing teams to improve content effectiveness.

Process & Scale
  • Develop scalable systems to manage large creator volumes efficiently.

  • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards for influencer performance tracking.

  • Stay updated with creator trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Brand Marketing.

  • Prior experience with Beauty & Personal Care, Cosmetics, Skincare, Haircare, Wellness, FMCG, or Home Care brands.

  • Proven experience managing campaigns involving 100+ influencers/creators per month.

  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams.

  • Strong understanding of influencer economics, content performance metrics, and paid media integration.

  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.

Skills Required

  • 5-8+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Brand Marketing.
