- Build and run a scaled, always-on creator content program across multiple verticals: sourcing, briefing, and managing hundreds to thousands of creators.
- Own the full range of creator relationships, from high-volume seeding through to individually negotiated deals with larger creators. Underwrite each bet against what you expect it to return, and hold both ends to the same math.
- Own and deploy the creator budget across seeding, whitelisting, paid content, affiliate commissions, and larger partnerships, and measure it against a blended CAC goal per vertical.
- Build the mechanics that make creator content measurable and reusable: whitelisting and partnership-ads permissions, affiliate and referral attribution, and cleared usage rights.
- Partner closely with our growth marketing team on paid amplification. Identify what's converting and get it into their hands on a fast, standing cadence, with rights already cleared.
- Build a repeatable playbook for sourcing, briefing, contracting, and measuring creator content, so the program can scale into new verticals quickly.
- Negotiate and structure creator deals directly at both ends of the range: rates, deliverables, exclusivity, and usage rights.
- Pull from existing creator and community relationships elsewhere in the org when there's a fit, without depending on them. This program needs its own sourcing engine.
- Report on program performance on a regular cadence and make clear calls on what to scale, adjust, or cut, including when to move budget between the high-volume end and the high-touch end.
- Experience running scaled influencer, creator, or UGC programs: always-on and high-volume, not a handful of one-off campaigns. Be ready to say how many, and over what period.
- Experience being held to an acquisition number: CAC, CPA, ROAS, or incremental signups. You can say what the target was, whether you hit it, and how it was measured.
- Hands-on experience building the mechanics yourself: seeding at scale, whitelisting, Spark Ads and partnership ads, and affiliate or referral tracking. Not managing an agency that did it.
- Comfort owning a budget that spans both ends of the range: high-volume seeding and affiliate spend alongside individually negotiated deals. You can defend how you split it.
- You've structured creator deals yourself, and can talk through how you priced one: what you expected it to return, what you paid, and whether you'd do it again.
- Experience partnering with a paid or growth marketing team on amplification as a peer, feeding them content and iterating on what converts.
- Systems thinking: the ability to build repeatable sourcing, briefing, and measurement processes that work across many creators and verticals at once.
- Strategic and hands-on. As comfortable presenting to leadership as you are optimizing individual pieces of creator work with our growth team.
- Scaling a product a free to paid subscription model
