About The Role:

We are looking for a high-energy, strategically-minded Affiliate Marketing Lead to own, scale, and protect the affiliate ecosystems for our portfolio of fast-growing beauty powerhouses- L’ange Hair (game-changing hair tools and care) and OFIR Beauty (high-performance, curated cosmetics).

The social commerce space moves at lightning speed. To thrive in this role with Integra, you must live and breathe TikTok (including TikTok Shop), Meta, Instagram, and Facebook. You aren’t just managing a dashboard, you will serve as a proactive hunter who knows how to spot the perfect beauty creator, onboard them flawlessly, keep them motivated, and ensure our network of affiliate partners operate with absolute brand and regulatory compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities

    Affiliate Recruitment & Sourcing
    • Proactively identify and recruit high-converting micro, macro, and pro-level beauty/haircare creators across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

    • Leverage your deep roots in the beauty industry to build a diverse pipeline of affiliates who align with L'ange's focus on hair transformations and OFIR's premium cosmetic aesthetics.

    • Formulate compelling outreach strategies and negotiate competitive commission structures, seeding packages, and performance incentives.

    • Onboarding & Relationship Management
      • Design, optimize and manage an efficient onboarding pipeline that equips new affiliates with links, codes, product education, and content guidelines quickly.

      • Serve as the main point of contact, building genuine, lasting relationships with creators to keep L'ange and OFIR top-of-mind for their content calendars.

      • Deliver clear, actionable monthly trend briefs, product launch details, and asset packages to maximize affiliate revenue during key promotional windows.

      • Compliance & Brand Protection
        • Act as the guardian of our brands. Actively monitor affiliate content to ensure strict adherence to FTC guidelines (proper disclosures like #ad, #paid) and platform-specific policies.

        • Regularly audit affiliate traffic and content to prevent coupon abuse, unauthorized bidding, misleading product claims, or off-brand messaging.

        • Swiftly address non-compliance issues, manage terminations, and update affiliate agreements as platform rules evolve.

        • Platform Optimization & Analytics
          • Optimize performance tracking across traditional affiliate networks alongside modern social systems (TikTok Shop Affiliate Marketplace, Meta Shops).

          • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including ROI, conversion rates, Average Order Value (AOV), and active partner percentages to report monthly performance to leadership.

Qualifications

    • 3–5+ years of proven direct experience managing affiliate or ambassador programs, specifically within the D2C beauty, haircare, or cosmetics space required. Haircare experience is highly prioritized.

    • Deep, algorithmic understanding of TikTok (including TikTok Shop mechanics), Instagram, and Facebook/Meta communities. You know what makes a video convert into a purchase.

    • Proven working knowledge of FTC guidelines for digital influencers and a track record of implementing scalable compliance checks.

    • Experience with major affiliate management networks (e.g., CreatorIQ, ShareASale, GRIN, Impact, or Aspire) and social analytics tools.

    • Highly organized, persuasive, and empathetic. You can speak "creator language" while maintaining strict professional and corporate standards.

Skills Required

  • 3-5+ years managing affiliate or ambassador programs in D2C beauty, haircare, or cosmetics
  • Haircare industry experience
  • Deep, algorithmic understanding of TikTok (including TikTok Shop), Instagram, and Facebook/Meta
  • Proven working knowledge of FTC influencer disclosure guidelines and experience implementing compliance processes
  • Experience with affiliate management platforms (CreatorIQ, ShareASale, GRIN, Impact, Aspire) and social analytics tools
  • Highly organized, persuasive, empathetic with strong creator relationship management skills
