Responsibilities
- Immerse yourself in the company’s culture, values, and fast-paced ways of working.
- Support identifying, researching, and connecting with local content creators and influencers on Snapchat and Instagram who align with the brand’s identity.
- Support the execution of influencer campaigns from start to finish, including managing communication, dispatching product seeding kits, and ensuring timely deliverables.
- Actively monitor social media activity, tracking influencer stories, posts, and mentions daily to ensure brand guidelines are met.
- Keep a close eye on the local Saudi social landscape, identifying rising creators, viral challenges, and platform feature updates to pitch fresh campaign ideas.
- Assist in gathering data and generating weekly reports tracking influencer campaign performance, engagement rates, and reach using Microsoft Excel and analytics tools.
Expected Qualifications
- Available to work full-time.
- Recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, PR, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; skilled in Microsoft Excel with familiarity in basic data analytics (e.g., forecasting, dashboards)
- Highly active on social media with a deep, native understanding of Snapchat and Instagram features, formats, and the local Saudi creator ecosystem.
- Team player with high learning agility, results orientation, and strong data literacy.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to turn ideas into action.
