As an Influencer Marketing Program Coordinator, you'll get to:

  • Support a dedicated group of customers alongside a Program Success Manager to ensure we meet customer goals
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Later Influence platform and best practices to drive success for customer programs
  • Lead the influencer experience on the Later Influence platform by building and executing customer campaigns with a high attention to detail, including but not limited to: 
    • Campaign brief creation and setup
    • Influencer sourcing and curation 
    • Influencer contracting and negotiations
    • Product and payment fulfillment
  • Leverage internal project management tool (Teamwork) to support campaign planning and execution, delegation, and time-tracking
  • Ideate and develop Influencer strategy at regular intervals using data-driven insights 
  • Analyze the influencer-facing experience with a critical eye by campaign, per quarter and annually to optimize campaign success 
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to enable a best-in-class experience for customers and influencers, including but not limited to, progress, performance, gaps, opportunities, and next steps
  • Act as the voice of the influencer in product feedback sessions
  • Evolve best practices as the Later Influencer platform and industry changes, and create supporting documentation to showcase these changes

  • Experience in any service industry, supporting customers
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing or influencer innovation preferred
  • Agency experience or influencer marketing experience in a high-growth SaaS company a strong plus
  • Can-do approach to making things happen
  • Professional presence, confidence, and eloquence in meetings and presentations 
  • Creative thinker with the ability to use data to drive problem-solving
  • Willingness to take action in the face of unknowns and ambiguity – a bias for action
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, detail-oriented and organized
  • Results-oriented with a passion for analysis and insight-development
  • High degree of integrity, empathy, and focus on “doing the right thing”
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • An ability to learn quickly, adapt, and manage priorities effectively


Our approach to compensation:

We take a market-based and data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors.

Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base + commission/variable) while for others it is structured as Salary only.

To comply with local legislation and ensure transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings. Skills, experience and other factors help determine the final salary we offer which may vary from the original range posted. 

Additionally, all permanent team members are granted stock options and are eligible to participate in various benefits plans as part of their overall compensation package.

Salary Range: 

$55,000 - 62,000 USD plus bonus potential

Where we work

We hire into our hub cities of Boston, MA; Vancouver, BC; Toronto, ON. We also have team members based remotely for select positions. We post our positions in the hub location(s) where we are open to having the successful candidate be located.
