🎯 Your Role: Lead, Scale & Maximize Influencer Performance

As an Influencer Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing high-value influencer relationships, developing scalable strategies, and ensuring that our collaborations drive maximum ROI. Your mission? Own the influencer ecosystem, build long-term partnerships, and deliver exceptional campaign performance.

Strategic Influencer Management – Identify, recruit, and manage a strong network of influencers across multiple platforms.
High-Impact Negotiation – Own contract discussions, ensuring cost efficiency and high-performance deliverables.
Campaign Execution & Optimization – Oversee influencer-led campaigns, tracking KPIs, engagement metrics, and conversions.
Performance-Driven Strategy – Align influencer content with brand goals, continuously testing and refining strategies.
Relationship Building & Retention – Develop long-term, trust-based relationships with key influencers to foster ongoing collaborations.
Cross-Functional Coordination – Work closely with creative, paid media, and analytics teams to align influencer campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
Market Research & Trend Analysis – Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying rising influencers and new content formats to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Crisis Management & Problem-Solving – Proactively handle potential challenges, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and meet performance goals.
