The role of InEight Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in the ongoing implementation, integration, and support of the InEight software suite. Once properly trained, they will act as a subject matter expert for InEight Control and Estimate to include project controls, productivity review, and earned value management. This role will provide InEight support to operations, represent operations to the IT department for product development, and may occasionally represent the InEight team when presenting to executive and third-party stakeholders. In addition, they should expect to support the resolution of InEight technical issues in partnership with IT and operations.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include the following:
- Schedule meetings. Guide users through best practices. Respond to Emails and phone calls. Expertise in InEight Control features and usage.
- Review integration failure emails. Contact project managers and office admins. Perform journal entry correction or assist users to perform journal entries. Perform corrections in InEight Control.
- Receive requests on new users. Assign role and permissions to new users. Set up Teams training or travel for new users and provide work instructions.
- Review miscellaneous errors, collect data and track. Organize meetings. Regular meetings with InEight support team and I.T.
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Occasional overnight travel expected
Qualifications:
- Detailed operational and/or back-office experience with wastewater infrastructure rehab industry and associated disciplines of construction.
- Familiarity with standard accounting practices
- Ability to view problems pragmatically and complete tasks with an eye towards sustainability and scalability
- Will often be required to provide in situ solution and guidance on short notice
- Ability to communicate effectively to train on a process and provide future support
