Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and highly motivated Industry Sales Specialist – Logistics (Digital Solutions) to join our Digital Solutions Sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving net-new business growth and spearheading complex, high-value digital transformation pursuits across the Logistics, Supply Chain, and Import/Export vertical.
As part of our specialized industry vertical team, you will act as a trusted advisor to global logistics providers and freight forwarders, helping them break down data silos, modernize legacy frameworks, and navigate complex operational and regulatory challenges.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Net-New Logo Acquisition: Aggressively cultivate and convert whitespace opportunities through targeted prospecting and executive outreach to deliver against ambitious revenue and bookings targets.
Consultative Value Selling: Position Iron Mountain’s digital portfolio—including Agentic Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Document Processing, and Automation—to modernize data-heavy logistics workflows such as Bill of Lading processing, Customs Clearance documentation, and Proof of Delivery reconciliation.
Ecosystem Co-Selling: Partner closely with leading Hyperscalers (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) to co-create pipeline and accelerate market penetration within their logistics customer base.
End-to-End Deal Execution: Lead complex enterprise sales cycles for high-value deals, driving deal velocity, managing pricing structures, and negotiating commercial terms regarding margins, liabilities, and Service Level Agreements.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate matrixed, cross-functional teams (including Solution Architects, Product, and Professional Services) to deliver highly differentiated proposals and shape early-stage Request for Proposal requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:
7–10+ years of experience in direct, quota-carrying enterprise sales (or top-tier technology consulting equivalent), selling complex digital solutions directly to executive-level buyers within the Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain sectors.
Strong knowledge of digital transformation architectures, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models, Intelligent Document Processing, Content Services Platforms, Enterprise Content Management, workflow automation, and cloud/Software as a Service frameworks.
Proven ability in managing complex enterprise sales cycles and deals typically in the $500K Annual Contract Value range, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Experience co-selling or aligning with leading cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and Global System Integrators or System Integrators.
Solid business acumen with hands-on experience structuring complex pricing tiers, Master Services Agreements, and Statement of Work negotiations.
Deep domain knowledge of the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle, including how legacy Enterprise Resource Planning, Transportation Management Systems, and Warehouse Management Systems interact with modern digital transformation frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Technology, or a related field; a Master of Business Administration or equivalent advanced technical sales certifications is a strong plus.
