About the Role

This position is responsible for supporting a multifaceted strategy that enhances EWC's exposure and increases our industry reputation. This role will support the creation of resources and processes that support our franchisees in their talent strategies.

A Day in the Life

  • Develop, execute, and measure campaigns. Recommend improvements to campaigns based on the data collected.
  • Create and design digital and printed marketing materials for various Industry Relations and Engagement initiatives.
  • Own monthly reporting by analyzing performance data and provide actionable insights.
  • Daily management, optimization, and monitoring of performance channels including LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
  • Effectively manage daily administrative tasks.
  • Assist with organizing promotional events.
  • Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
  • Research new industry opportunities and manage current vendor/ brand partnerships.
  • Create and manage library of state-to-state regulations.
  • Support in the development and rollout of educational resources and assets that the network can leverage for their recruitment and retentions efforts
  • Research contacts, processes, and options around state licensing and state board educational requirements
  • Maintain relationships with beauty schools that create increased opportunities for engagement and exposure to students.
  • Establish and maintain strong internal corporate partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage contact & information lists for external partnerships with schools, associations, etc.
  • Participate in conferences, trade shows, and recruitment events to drive brand awareness and objectives outlined for the year.
  • Effectively manage daily administrative tasks
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Work on additional projects and initiatives, as required.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process is highly preferred.
  • Franchise experience could be highly beneficial.
