Roles and Responsibilities
- Senior Leader within North Europe PCS.
- Key member of the extended leadership team supporting the region to achieve the P&L targets.
- Provide strategic direction, commercial growth whilst ensuring operating mechanisms are in place and building organizational capabilities to improve business performance.
- Responsible for the proper execution of a large portfolio of local and international Industrial projects with a particular focus on new equipment.
- Support the region to implement an organization with world class standards, driving high customer satisfaction and strong Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost performance.
- Attraction and retention of talent and management of medium sized teams. Developing expertise within function. Growing reputation within the organization. Influences policy and ensures delivery within own function, linking with other functions of the organization.
- Responsible for the growth of the business area and new opportunities, working side-by-side with the sales department.
- Work with the PMO in order to enhance project management and proper execution of projects - risk assessments, project costs, planning, document control.
