About the RoleWe are hiring a hands-on, data-driven Industrialization Engineer to bridge product design and scalable manufacturing at our production site. You’ll drive Design for Manufacturability, process validation, and continuous improvement from prototype to high-volume production, ensuring all processes are efficient, safe, and data-backed.
ResponsibilitiesDesign for Manufacturability
Act as manufacturability lead in design reviews, identifying and resolving constraints early.
Define and standardize assembly processes meeting quality, ergonomics, and safety standards.
Process Development & Control
Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, work instructions, and visual standards.
Track performance (cycle time, yield, rework) and implement improvements based on production data.
Support transition from manual to automated assembly where relevant.
Cross-Functional Integration
Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to secure smooth ramp-up and issue resolution.
Manage process or design changes through structured control and documentation.
Capture lessons learned and update procedures across the product line.
Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3+ years experience in manufacturing or industrialization.
Strong understanding of DFM principles and hands-on experience with assembly tools and fixtures.
Experience with enterprise and manufacturing software systems, including data analysis tools.
Communication & Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English, capable of leading diverse principals – from junior members to senior executives.
