Job DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Sibiu. Remote work is not available for this role.
As an Industrialization Engineer responsible for Test Development, you will design, develop and implement equipment for electronics manufacturing, ensuring process capability and quality performance from project launch through serial production stabilization.

- Participating in industrialization meetings, ordering equipment, creating documentation, coordinating installations, monitoring performance, and handing over equipment and processes to the production team.
- Ensuring process capability and achievement of quality targets during product launch and ramp-up phases.
- Maintaining and developing technical know-how, while ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and standards.
- Providing support during crisis situations and preparing quotations for new projects.
- Supporting the introduction of new technologies, Design for Manufacturing (DFM) activities, and technical problem-solving;
- Supporting new product launches, design and process reviews, and strategic projects.
- Maintaining a network of technology partners and ensuring information transparency.
- Creating roadmaps for new technologies, monitoring market trends, and evaluating new technologies and products.
- Preparing for and participating in audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or Mechatronics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in developing production test systems.
- Advanced English skills
