Their culture is built on collaboration, hustle, and humor: a down-to-earth, high-energy crew that works hard, supports each other, and celebrates wins big and small. With 20 machinery brands across six states, they're growing fast—but what sets them apart is how much they care about their customers, their people, and the quality of their work. If you enjoy variety, solving problems, and building lasting relationships, you'll fit right in.
What you'll get to do:
- Manage and grow an assigned sales territory focused on Indiana, Detroit, and broader Michigan, with openness to Ohio as the company continues to expand
- Work from the Grand Rapids office when not traveling, with approximately 2–3 days per week spent in the field visiting customers
- Handle primarily warm leads, building on existing interest rather than cold prospecting
- Develop new customer relationships through prospecting, networking, and follow-up
- Maintain and expand existing customer accounts through regular visits and relationship-building
- Recommend tooling solutions based on customer applications and manufacturing needs
- Provide technical support and product recommendations to help customers improve productivity
- Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and close sales
- Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using CRM software
