We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as the IR Establishment and Group Compliance specialist. In this role, you will be at the forefront of creating and sustaining a positive industrial relations environment, ensuring compliance with various labor laws, and managing relationships with union representatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in making the organization compliant to all the labor law requirements , driving capability-building initiatives, promoting a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a positive industrial relations environment by identifying trends and mitigating employee risks.
  • Ensure effective communication and implementation of the organization's labor relations vision and strategy.
  • Coordinate and maintain compliance with central, local, and global statutory bodies, offering guidance on labor laws.
  • Should have knowledge in handling court proceedings. 
  • Handle long-term wage and bonus settlements, including preparation, negotiation, and post-settlement actions.
  • Represent the organization in industrial forums and liaise with government agencies for smooth industrial relations.
  • Drive capability-building initiatives and foster a positive work culture for the entire blue-collar workforce.
  • Should be open to travel opportunities basis business requirement
Qualifications
  • Masters in Human Resources, Diploma in Labor Laws
  • Minimum 7-12 years of experience in industrial relations, compliance, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
  • Good in business communication & drafting legal documents
  • Proven track record in handling wage settlements, negotiations, and resolving industrial disputes.
  • Experience in representing organizations in industrial forums and liaising with government agencies.
  • Analytical skills for tracking and reporting on key performance indicators related to industrial relations.

Skills Required

  • Master's degree in Human Resources
  • Diploma in Labor Laws
  • 7–12 years of experience in industrial relations, compliance, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
  • Business communication and legal-document drafting skills
  • Experience handling wage settlements, bonus settlements, negotiations, and industrial disputes
  • Experience representing organizations in industrial forums and liaising with government agencies
  • Analytical skills for tracking and reporting industrial-relations KPIs
  • Knowledge of handling court proceedings
