We are looking for an experienced Industrial Project Sales Manager to join our growing commercial organization. In this role, you will take ownership of industrial project sales activities, manage complex customer relationships, and drive commercial growth across large-scale projects. You will play a key role in supporting strategic business development initiatives while contributing to the achievement of ambitious commercial targets.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end industrial project sales processes from opportunity identification to contract closure.
- Own and drive the project pipeline to ensure timely and profitable project execution.
- Conduct regular customer visits and joint customer meetings with the Field Sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers, EPC companies, contractors, and strategic partners.
- Lead commercial negotiations while optimizing pricing strategies and profit margins.
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Pricing, and Customer Service teams.
- Ensure accurate CRM reporting including customer visits, opportunity tracking, and meeting documentation.
- Monitor pipeline performance, forecasting, and sales activities to achieve business targets.
- Support cross-functional collaboration throughout project execution activities.
- Represent DP World professionally in customer meetings, commercial discussions, and project negotiations.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field,
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in industrial/project sales or business development,
- Proven hands-on experience in Project Cargo sales and industrial project logistics is mandatory for this role,
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects and complex sales cycles,
- Strong commercial mindset with negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities,
- Knowledge of industrial systems/projects and solution-based selling approaches,
- Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments,
- Proficiency in CRM systems and pipeline reporting,
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills,
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to dynamic business environments,
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, operational, and commercial teams,
