The Opportunity:
CACI International is continuing its partnership with the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) and C5ISR Center Flight Activity (CFA) in a recently awarded five-year opportunity that will enhance CFA’s mission in supporting the Warfighter. The FLAIR task order provides CACI the opportunity to enhance CFAs mission with state-of-the-art research, development, and engineering, and to provide capabilities to better support aviation related projects for the advancement of C5ISR technologies. Responsibilities:
As part of a small, accomplished team, you will assist the client with processing data into actionable information for making business decisions, and applying industrial engineering/lean six sigma concepts to support Engineering Deliverables, Fabrication/Integration, & Flight Testing)
Coordinate between Engineering, Quality Assurance, & Pilots, including developing and maintaining capacity and manpower planning models to meet contractual/project requirements.
You will also assist senior personnel in establishing and defining program requirements, creating metrics and distributing KPI reports to identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or master’s with relevant experience in related discipline (Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science)
Attainable clearance at SECRET
Basic knowledge of statistical analysis software
Ability to develop automated data visuals/tools that support improvement processes
Strong analytical mindset, effective communication, teamwork orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Experience with analytics tools (Tableau, Excel, Python, R, etc.) to analyze data and provide insights
Experience with process improvement and strategies for all life cycle phases including research and development, initial and full production, sustainment, and information technology support and services.
Experience with quality control, safety and compliance of research and development projects, development, initial and final production, and product improvement
Must be a US Citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain credentials to access military installations.
Must be proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office products.
Candidate must be customer-focused with good oral and written communication skills.
Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and work effectively team and all levels of management.
Candidate should be a self-starter with demonstrated self-initiated goals and results.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
