As a pillar of the Cluster Industrial Direction, the Industrial Performance & Data Specialist is accountable for driving Cluster Industrial Performance, implementing the Group directives, standards, and programs and supporting operations. He/she is in charge of:
1. Performance Management System (PMS) Deployment & Governance
Ensuring the effective deployment of the Performance Management System (e.g. governance, reporting, mandatory practices, mandatory programs according to the yearly performance plan) and sustainable adherence to it
Closing the loop on performance/reliability corrective actions, ensuring that selected program initiatives are implemented with quality and that outputs are shared as needed with operations and Group ID to push for further excellence in execution
Contributing to securing funding for Group Industrial Programs/Initiatives
2. Data Architecture, BI Solutions & Analytics
Partnering with BPOs and Domain Heads to build core data models, enforce data quality standards, and assess legacy data readiness.
Leading the delivery of scalable Power BI dashboards, predictive analytics, and automated workflows while partnering with the GDO to scale local tools.
Serving as Business PM for cluster data initiatives, driving project governance, user adoption (MAU), and legacy reporting decommissioning.
He/She ensures a smooth collaboration with key interfaces:
Within the Cluster: Management team, the Cluster industrial direction, and entities operations
With the Group industrial direction: Performance Driving, Process & Program, Performance Monitoring
Possesses more than 5- 8 years of experience, including in operations or industrial directions (supply chain or manufacturing/production management) in an industrial gases company
Controlling/Ops Control experience a plus
Knowledge of industrial gas processes, with a focus on manufacturing & logistics, with an end-to-end perspective
Knowledge and experience of what makes an industrial operation perform (mastering the Fundamentals, productivity/efficiency/operation excellence, supply chain strategy, including capex & investment strategy)
Transformation programs & associated change management
Continuous improvement
Hands-on expertise in Power BI dashboard development, data modeling, and designing automated analytical workflows
Strong knowledge of Data Governance, data quality standards, and master data architecture
