Job Description

The role of the actual position in the Industrial Engineering (IE) systems is to develop new tools, support and train the operational IE’s regarding automatic and smart calculations of Cycle time and optimizations, Productivity incentive and Integrated capacity using algorithm allocation with plant constraints and taking future advantages of machine learning (work in progress, setup prediction, technological resources, headcount and KPI’s).

Other tools like: Data driven analysis to provide insights, benchmark standards, simulation, material flow, IT systems validations, innovation solutions support and capacity balancing are also part of scope.

This position will work on-site.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Master degree in Mechanical or eletronical or Industrial Engineering (data analyst/science)
  • Project Management skills;
  • Knowledge of industrial management and statistics;
  • Advanced English level;
  • Advanced level of IT (eg, Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI), SQL, Python and other programming languages);
  • Good level of AI tools and Machine Learning.
