Process Improvement & Optimization
- Assist in evaluating existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, including 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Participate in time and motion studies to improve productivity and optimize resource utilization.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret production data (e.g., cycle time, downtime, and throughput).
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support operations teams.
Production Support
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support planning and scheduling activities to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
Continuous Improvement Projects
- Participate in assigned improvement projects related to cost reduction, process efficiency, and quality enhancement.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations for improving manufacturing performance and operational workflows.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
