About the Role 

The Industrial Engineering Intern will report to the Lead Engineer in the Industrial Engineering group to support operational efficiency and manufacturing improvement projects. Work closely with the Industrial Engineering, Operations, Process and Maintenance Engineering teams to accomplish your tasks. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Capacity studies and reports on key toolsets to drive modeling accuracy 

  • Labor studies and potential improvements that will affect operational efficiency 

  • Fab observations and identifying operational opportunities 

  • Utilize software available to you to solve complex problems (Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Python, etc.) 

Qualifications 
Required: 

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering / industrial and systems engineering, completed sophomore year  

  • Skills: Statistical Analysis, Programming Basics, Optimization techniques

What We Offer: 

Salary: $25.50 - $32.20 per hour. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.  

 
Benefits & Other Eligible Compensation: Includes 401(k) plan and paid time off.
