Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Industrial Engineering Data Analyst located in Aguascalientes, Mexico.

Reporting to the Sr Director, Business Excellence, the Industrial Engineering Data Analyst located role involves: Analyze and transform Industrial Engineering and manufacturing data into actionable insights through advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies.  Support Global Industrial & Systems Engineering initiatives by developing scalable data solutions for work measurement, standard time development, productivity improvement, labor planning, and Industry 4.0 deployment.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business and operational decisions.
  • Build and deploy machine learning models for manufacturing and business applications.
  • Establish and maintain data governance, data quality, and data integrity standards.
  • Integrate manufacturing data from multiple enterprise systems and production environments.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
  • Analyze the work measurement and productivity database.
  • Support capacity planning and manufacturing resource optimization.
  • Analyze production routing and manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Apply data-driven methodologies to improve operational efficiency and utilization.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to implement process improvements.
  • Develop predictive analytics solutions to improve manufacturing performance.
  • Evaluate and implement Generative AI applications for business and operational use cases.
  • Design industrial AI solutions to drive process optimization and decision support.
  • Develop and support Digital Twin data models and simulation initiatives.
  • Contribute to Industry 4.0 strategies and smart manufacturing programs.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • BS and MS or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient English.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Statistical Analysis.
  • Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
  • Strong knowledge of database design and database management systems.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Background in Industrial Engineering methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Work Measurement and Standard Time systems.
  • Experience with simulation modeling and process optimization.
  • Familiarity with Digital Twin technologies and data modeling.
  • Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and smart manufacturing solutions.
  • Experience implementing AI-driven solutions in manufacturing operations.
