As a Robotics Engineer: Systems & Applications Engineer you will enable customer success by leading the implementation, deployment, and support activities of smart robotic assistants for surface treatment applications. As an Industrial Engineering Analyst, you'll be a vital part of our Solution Engineering team, directly influencing the optimization of manufacturing processes for our diverse customer base. You'll dive deep into production workflows, conducting critical time studies, building insightful value stream maps, and leveraging data to craft compelling, ROI-driven automation proposals.

Role & Responsibilities
Perform meticulous time studies and gather crucial operational data directly from customer manufacturing floors.
Analyze value streams to pinpoint bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and prime opportunities for AI-driven automation.
Partner with Solution Engineers to develop robust cost-benefit analyses and compelling ROI models for automation solutions.
Translate complex findings into clear, impactful visualizations and present them confidently to internal teams and key external stakeholders.
Embark on exciting travel (70%) to various customer sites across the U.S., gaining diverse industry exposure.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing analytics, or process optimization – we value fresh perspectives!
Familiarity with time study methodologies (e.g., MODAPTS) and value stream mapping is a plus.
Strong data analysis skills are a must; proficiency with Excel is required. Experience with SQL, Splunk, or other BI tools will make you stand out.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex ideas clearly.
Ability to travel extensively (~70%) and thrive in dynamic environments.
Must secure work authorization in the United States and maintain ongoing work authorization beginning at the time of hire through the entirety of employment
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of industry experience within a production or manufacturing environment working on manufacturing processes, manufacturing engineering or similar.
Experience with automation technologies or working in robotics/startup environments.

Compensation for this position includes the base salary range of $25 - $45/hr USD.
