- Ensure confidentiality of company information and support organizational integrity.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of work measurement, process optimization, and lean manufacturing concepts.
- Ability to analyze data, develop standard work, and drive measurable improvements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations and engineering teams.
