Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Industrial Engineer located in Guadalajara South.
Report to the Industrial Engineering Manager the Industrial Engineer’s role involves:
What a typical day looks like:
- Capacity analysis (calculation of installed, required, and load-bearing capacity).
- Layout redesign and redesign (AutoCAD required).
- Lean Manufacturing.
- FlexSim Plus
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Advanced English
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree
- Experience in similar position or Industrial Engineer.
- Production & facilities management: capacity analysis, line balancing, and preventive/corrective maintenance.
- Advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing: principles of waste elimination, continuous flow, and continuous improvement.
- Process mapping (VSM): introductory ability to document and analyze value streams.
- Continuous improvement methodologies: basic exposure to Kaizen, 5S, and process standardization.
