Description :
Manage the project with respect to engineering changes and changes to the annual model, while ensuring project performance
Among your role :
Freeze the Engineering Level with SC for each project phase
Ensure the implementation and monitoring of engineering changes
Ensure proper planning of engineering change introductions and seamless coordination between the various internal and external stakeholders
Develop and monitor change request documentation according to the defined standard
Maintain up-to-date material and time calculation records in SAP, through periodic verification – generate a 5 Whys report in case of discrepancies
Define the investments required for various engineering changes and new models and ensure budget monitoring
Define and update wire and tube lengths for cabling
Edit splice configuration documents
Ensure mastery of internal technical documentation and maintain control of the IT system
Ensure PFMEA revision following engineering changes and customer deviations by applying the required actions.
Monitor the assembly of pre-series and after-sales cabling
Your background :
Engineering degree in (Industrial Engineering; Manufacturing;)
1 - 3 years of experience in a similar position in ndustry
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Good verbal and written communication in English
