Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Industrial Engineer with experience in the
aerospace manufacturing domain to drive continuous improvement across our
production systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in process
optimization, lean manufacturing, and resource planning within a high-precision
engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing workflows, production layouts, and
material flow for efficiency and productivity.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen practices to reduce waste
and improve process capability.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard work procedures and
labor utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, quality, and
supply chain) to improve end-to-end operations.
• Evaluate and improve plant layout, workstation design, and ergonomics to
enhance safety and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain production capacity models, analyze bottlenecks, and
recommend process improvements.
• Utilize tools such as VSM (Value Stream Mapping), PFMEA, and Root Cause
Analysis (RCA) for process improvement initiatives.
• Support the implementation of MES/ERP systems for real-time production
monitoring and data analysis.
• Drive cost reduction projects without compromising on quality or safety.
• Prepare detailed process documentation, SOPs, and reports for continuous
monitoring and auditing.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related
field.
• Minimum 4 years of industrial engineering experience, preferably in the
aerospace or high-precision manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of lean tools, process optimization, and production systems.
• Hands-on experience with CAD tools, ERP/MES systems, and data analysis tools
(Excel, Power BI, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with AS9100, NADCAP, or other aerospace quality standards is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-disciplinary environment.
Skills Required
