Own software quality assurance for LabVIEW-based automated test, checkout, and instrumentation systems. Review and validate LabVIEW code, create and maintain automated test scripts, conduct NI coding-guideline reviews, develop test cases, improve QA workflows, maintain documentation, and collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams to resolve issues. The role also supports mentoring and continuous improvement of testing practices.

Analyze and optimize aerospace manufacturing workflows, layouts, material flow, capacity, and labor utilization. Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and cost-reduction initiatives; conduct time studies, bottleneck analysis, ergonomics reviews, and root-cause investigations. Collaborate across design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams. Support ERP/MES implementation, develop process documentation and standard operating procedures, and use production data to improve efficiency, capability, safety, and quality.

Manage and secure IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, cloud services, virtualization, and firewalls. Configure security controls, assess vulnerabilities, respond to incidents, provide Tier 3 support, and maintain compliance documentation. Lead infrastructure upgrade projects, manage technology vendors, support access provisioning, and recommend solutions that improve system reliability, efficiency, and security.

Designs and implements avionics integration and testing processes. Performs electrical assembly, harness fabrication, routing, soldering, subsystem integration, quality control, and testing against aerospace and military standards. Creates production documentation, schematics, checklists, and integration instructions. Operates electrical test instruments, coordinates harness fabrication and material procurement with vendors, and supports safe, efficient implementation of electrical integration activities.

Creates 3D component, assembly, tooling, and fixture models; produces 2D manufacturing drawings, bills of materials, and GD&T documentation. Collaborates with design, manufacturing, integration, and quality teams to support aerospace product development. Provides engineering support, sourcing assistance, feasibility testing, process improvements, and manufacturing process development involving turning, milling, welding, and equipment design.

Conducts quality engineering, testing, validation, diagnostics, and troubleshooting for aerospace avionics systems and components. Develops test plans, quality standards, control systems, and non-conformance databases; analyzes failure modes, derating, and system performance; supports gated design reviews and integrated vehicle-level testing. Requires avionics, PCB debugging, RF/microwave, and environmental testing expertise.
