Job Description- Conduct Time and Motion Studies to obtain standards
- Document the Department Process and Standards Manual
- Checking of Production Efficiency and Productivity
- Prepare Department KPI Report
- Updating of BOM/Standards (manual and in Nav)
- Assist the PPIC head on preparing/monitoring KPI
- Review reports prepared by line leaders and modify schedule, or shifts/increase resources, in order to reach target completion dates
- Perform all tasks necessary to support the team
- Ensure compliance to Quality Management System in Production
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering
- Must have above average computer skills
- With experience in manufacturing operations and production planning is an advantage
