Job Description- Bill of material (BOM) creation for all RM and FG
- Validation of all RM Description SKU thru PUR
- Validation of all FM BOM thru PUR
- Creation of new BOM thru PUR
- Validation of all labor standards thru PUR
- New item route sheet creation thru PUR
- Documentation of all product and process standard, work instruction and others (PM/WI/PQCP)
- Assist the PPIC head on preparing/monitoring KPI
- Review reports prepared by line leaders and modify schedule, or shifts/increase resources, in order to reach target completion dates
- Perform all tasks necessary to support the team
- Ensure compliance to Quality Management System in Production
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering
- Must have above average computer skills
- With experience in manufacturing operations and production planning is an advantage
