- Lead global Industrial Engineering (IE) standardization for warehouse sizing, storage utilization, labor planning, productivity measurement, and capacity forecasting.
- Develop and maintain scalable analytical models for capacity planning, labor forecasting, productivity management, storage optimization, and network growth scenarios.
- Evaluate warehouse expansion opportunities, including layout optimization, racking conversions, storage improvements, and new site assessments.
- Validate automation proposals from Operations and Network Operations using IE methodologies and business case analysis.
- Quantify automation benefits, including labor savings, productivity improvements, space utilization, throughput gains, cost reduction, ROI, and payback.
- Identify and drive low-cost automation and process improvement opportunities through IE studies, value stream analysis, and operational observations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, service levels, and cost performance.
- Integrate data from Planning, Operations, Network Operations, and other functions to develop end-to-end datasets for modeling and decision support.
- Develop analytical tools and models to support capacity planning, labor management, network expansion, and operational performance analysis.
- Partner with reporting teams to translate IE models into actionable dashboards and reporting solutions that support business and operational decisions.
- Utilize and support reporting platforms such as Tableau, Celonis, and Power BI; experience enhancing dashboards and reports through data manipulation and visualization improvements is preferred.
- Collaborate with regional IE teams to deploy global standards, validate automation implementations, and incorporate operational feedback.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Planning, Network Operations, IT, and Supply Chain to support data-driven decision making and process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, data analytics, warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
- Strong experience in labor management, productivity analysis, capacity planning, facility layout design, and process optimization.
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills with experience developing business cases and ROI analyses.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools such as JMP.
- Working knowledge of SQL and business intelligence platforms including Tableau, Celonis, or Power BI.
- Experience evaluating warehouse automation technologies and material handling systems is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required for site assessments, operational reviews, and project implementation.
- Ability to work in warehouse environments, including periodic standing, walking, stair climbing, and observation of operational activities.
