Estimated annual base pay: $65,000-$85,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Work Measurement Systems and Standards: Utilize basic work measurement techniques and collect data to support process improvement efforts.
- Analyzing Production Material Flow : Map basic material flow on the manufacturing floor and provide input for process improvements.
- Conducting Cost Analysis and Optimization: Collect production data on labor, material usage, and machine downtime to support cost analysis and basic cost-benefit calculations for manufacturing decisions.
- Planning Capacity and Optimizing Resources : Gather capacity-related data and monitor resource usage to ensure operations run smoothly.
- Project Support and Leadership: Tracking project milestones, maintaining documentation, and supporting basic project tasks.

- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking : Identify basic issues in manufacturing workflows and propose simple solutions.
- Knowledge of APQP Tools and Systems: Learn the fundamentals of APQP tools and systems, including Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Packaging Design. Assist in creating and updating documentation to ensure processes and packaging meet APQP guidelines for quality and efficiency.
- Communication and Collaboration Skills: Communicate findings effectively and work collaboratively with other roles.
