Advanced Performance Analysis & System Optimization
· Lead analysis of production systems (OEE, throughput, cycle time, yield, cost) to identify systemic inefficiencies and constraints
· Perform advanced data analysis (regression, hypothesis testing, DOE, capability analysis) to determine root causes and validate improvements
· Develop and deploy models for capacity planning, bottleneck analysis, and throughput optimization
· Establish performance baselines and drive data-driven decision making across value streams
Industrial Engineering Leadership
· Lead value stream design and optimization through:
o Line balancing and labor modeling
o Takt-based flow design and production rate optimization
