About the Role

Work in a safe manner at all times and report any unsafe conditions to your supervisor in order that the situation can be corrected. Report all accidents and near misses in a timely manner when they occur.
Your Responsibilities
• Work with leadership to identify key projects that will provide the most benefit to our customer and Norplas' bottom line.• Lead continuous improvement projects from concept to completion.• Report progress of projects to Lean Systems Manager and ensure progress towards goal of cost savings is achieved.
• Lead change efforts to drive continuous operational improvement into the business. • Develop training for individual aspects of MAFACT and deliver training to plant personnel.• Develop systems for meeting objectives of MAFACT.
Who we are looking for
• Industrial or Process Engineering or technical degree preferred. • Minimum three-year work-related experience.• Ten years work related experience with a strong Process/Product knowledge in conjunction with strong communication and team leadership skills may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Your preferred qualifications
• In depth knowledge of the mold, paint, and assembly manufacturing processes.• Organizational, project management, and leadership skills.• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage all levels of the organization. • Strong written and verbal communication.• Comfortable being audited, challenged.
